30-Day Peace of Mind

At HealthyVape.com, we stand behind the quality of our Pure Mate™ botanical series. We offer a 30-day window for returns on items that meet our safety and hygiene criteria.

Hygiene & Safety Notice

Due to the personal nature of inhalation products, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and still in their original vacuum-sealed packaging. Once the seal is broken, the product is no longer eligible for return for health and safety reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items

Quality control is our obsession. If your Pure Mate™ device arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect (such as an LCD screen error or battery failure), please contact us immediately. We will issue a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5-7 days.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.
